When you join our retirement community in this assisting role, you can join a fun and collaborative team! We ensure our staff is well taken care of by providing :
- 17 - $19 an hour, depending on experience
- Employee referral program ($250 - $500)
- Resident referral program ($2,000)
- Paid caregiver course for those interested

As a Recreational Program Assistant, you're the spark that makes each day special for our residents! Working hand-in-hand with the Activity Director, you create a lively mix of social, cultural, and religious activities that suit our seniors' interests and abilities. When it's time for an outing, you hop into the driver's seat of our large passenger van, making sure everyone has a safe and smooth ride. With your warm smile and caring nature, you turn each trip into a fun and memorable adventure, bringing laughter, joy, and connection to every moment spent together.
