The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. On-site paid training is provided to all new Alarm Dispatchers.
Schedule:
At Legacy Security, we monitor alarms 24/7, including holidays and weekends. We are hiring multiple candidates for the following schedules:
- 1st Shift: 7am-3pm
- 2nd Shift: 3am-11pm
Training Details:
- Paid Training Duration: 2 Weeks
- Training Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities:
- Process emergency signals quickly, professionally, and accurately in high stress situations
- Data entry of new subscribers, updates, and changes to existing customers
- Process inbound Answering Service calls on behalf of customers
- Process inbound calls for Customers or Subscribers regarding emergency signal testing and signal or alarm history
- Low level technical support to assist subscribers with alarms, trouble history and common system issues
- Process inbound calls from Authority Agencies
- Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
