About the Role: The Regional Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across the organization, leading critical workstreams that advance key accounting and financial objectives. This individual will partner closely with the Regional Director of Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure the integrity of financial statements and maintain consistency in accounting practices across our network of partners. The Finance manager will provide insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions, support senior management, and contribute to strategic initiatives that fuel the growth and success of LSP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the region. Ensure that reporting aligns with both internal objectives and external regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Financial Management: Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems and processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and governmental regulations. Manage the regional Senior Accountants to ensure smooth and accurate close cycles
  • Month-end and Year-end Leadership: Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and Financial reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior leadership in the preparation of the annual budget, offering strategic insights into performance and proactively identifying opportunities for cost control and profit optimization.
  • Financial Analysis and Decision Support: Provide in-depth analysis of financial variances between actual results and budget, offering actionable recommendations to senior leadership for performance improvement. Lead profitability analyses and other strategic support to guide business decisions.
  • Collaborative Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with regional accounting teams, corporate controllership team, and key internal stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to ensure efficient flow of financial information and resolution of accounting-related items.
  • Transactional Accounting Ownership: Provide high-level oversight and strategic direction for key transactional accounting areas, including cash application, bank reconciliations, prepaid, and accruals to ensure timely monthly close
  • Ad-Hoc Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership, delivering insights that inform key business decisions.
  • Travel up to 30%.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Experience in multi-site environment a plus
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Systems aptitude with the following experience preferred but not required: Sage Intacct, UKG, and/or Service Titan

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
