Qualifications:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• High attention to detail
• Must be able to prioritize multiple projects / schedules and have a strong desire to produce high quality products, on time and in an efficient manner
• Experience and understanding of all equipment related to manufacturing such as measuring tools, power saws, routers, nail guns, power drills, impact drills, and other hand tools
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing or auto painting field
• Must have a good understanding of the safety required for storage of paints/ chemicals
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience painting metal, acrylic and other surfaces with high quality results
• Enjoys working in both a team and individual work setting
• Effectively communicates will all co-workers
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Attends all necessary meetings and training as required by management
• Provides care and security for all company resources

Responsibilities:

• Work in a Paint Booth using enamel, polyurethane paints/stains – Using spray guns to coat material with paint, enamel, stain and/or polyurethane
• Responsible for preventative maintenance for all paint related equipment and booth
• Effectively prep all types of signage for painting and assembly
• Well organized with the ability to maintain a clean work area as well as, demonstrates competent techniques for sanding, painting, and assembly of all types of signs
• Completes all paperwork as required by management such as work orders, material list,
• Demonstrates full range of motion including fine hand / eye dexterity in building wiring assembly, installing lights, and LED bulbs.
• Knowledge of basic aluminum prep preferred
• Demonstrates high quality and fine assembly techniques by effective installation of the face of the sign onto the frame of the sign
