LEGACY SOUTH SALES COUNSELOR - BANNER BUILT HOMES
The Sales Counselor’s primary responsibility is to embrace an active sales culture to generate new home sales by utilizing all available tools to demonstrate value, sell and close homes with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. The Sales Counselor will also serve as a liaison between homebuyers and the construction team during the building process.
The BANNER BUILT Sales Counselor in Chattanooga will be responsible for engaging in community outreach and marketing, which includes building relationships with local organizations, and promoting the company within the community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell New Homes: Drive sales within a designated community while meeting company objectives and standards.
- CRM Management: Maintain and effectively utilize CRM tools to track leads and foster relationships.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding support and guidance to homebuyers throughout the sales process.
- Build Realtor Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with local realtors to expand community reach.
- Community Management: Oversee and maintain the appearance and marketing of the community to ensure an inviting and professional presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in New Home Sales (preferred)
- Valid Real Estate License in the State of Tennessee
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Smartsheet and Hubspot a plus)
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
- Takes initiative and can work independently
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
