Job Summary:
As a Construction Heavy Equipment Operator for Legacy Sports Surfacing, you are expected to operate multiple kinds of equipment while on the job site.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor related to all things related to site utility work.
- Experience operating heavy machinery (dozer, excavator, loaders, etc)
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus
- Site clearing and grading
Requirements:
- Experience operating a bulldozer & other heavy equipment
- Physical ability to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to perform work in all weather conditions, including extrem heat and cold
- Willingness and ability to stay out of town for weeks at a time
- Ability to work well with others
- Good work ethic and self-driven
- Good attitude
