Job Overview
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory and Quality Associate to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As an Inventory and Quality Associate you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall efficiency of warehouse operations. You may also help with conducting thorough audits of inbound and outbound shipments at the dock to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.
Schedule and Compensation
- 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday – 3:00pm to 11:30pm; starting pay rate $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.
Job Details
What to expect as an Inventory and Quality Associate:
- Counts and verifies product for accuracy
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
- Research inventory discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Tracking and reporting non-conforming product.
- Document and control aged and damaged product.
Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and keyboarding required in operating in our paperless Legacy Connect environment.
- SAP experience Preferred
- Ability to properly use material handling equipment including Powered Industrial Trucks.
- Must be able to operate an electronic scanner.
- Efficiency with WMS and related software.
