Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop cost estimates.
• Gather and evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to obtain pricing and cost data.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors within estimates.
• Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Update and maintain a database of cost estimates for future reference.
• Assist in negotiations and contract reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in estimating, preferably in [relevant industry: construction, manufacturing, etc.].
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
