- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, GMP, etc.).
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics , analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and corporate leadership to align production goals.
- Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation .
