Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pouch manufacturing plant, ensuring production goals are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to drive performance and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage production schedules, inventory, and workflow optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to enhance operations.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in pouch manufacturing, flexible packaging, or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing production teams.
• Knowledge of GMP, Lean, Six Sigma, and other manufacturing best practices .
• Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
