Key Responsibilities :
Set up and operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues to prevent downtime.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary documentation.
Follow all workplace safety protocols and company policies.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical documents.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with safety standards and production procedures.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
