Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pouching machinery efficiently to meet production and quality standards.
- Set up machines according to job specifications and ensure proper run speeds.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production reports.
- Perform machine changeovers, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Monitor materials for defects and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
- Train new team members as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience operating pouching machinery
