Key Responsibilities :
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAD / CAM software.
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
- Perform quality control checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, machinists, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
