- High School Diploma / GED
- 6 years of leadership experience
- 3-5 years experience as a millwright
- 4-6 years electrical and machine experience
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend and twist
- Great work ethic and teamwork skills.
