Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all operations staff follow and execute tasks safely; escalate any safety concerns to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
• Provide continuous training and technical assistance to operations staff, ensuring adherence to work instructions and best practices.
• Report any defective or non-conforming products or behaviors to the Shift Supervisor upon observation.
• Perform quality control as required by work instructions and as directed by production and quality leaders.
• Maintain traceability of products and components through proper use of the Data Collection System, ensuring it is always active and functional.
• Monitor and ensure the minimum stock of raw materials necessary to fulfill the production schedule, refilling and ordering as required.
• Address first-level maintenance issues on production equipment in collaboration with the Maintenance Technician, following all procedures.
• Communicate with Lead Hands and Shift Supervisors of previous and subsequent shifts to transfer information about problems and solutions implemented during their shift.
• Inform the Shift Supervisor about issues regarding production, quality, processes, or organization of personnel or resources immediately upon observation.
• Propose improvements to procedures and processes to the Shift Supervisor.
• Substitute for any operations staff in any area during breaks and / or absences.
• Work overtime as required.
