Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Assist with the preparation, mixing, and culturing of dairy products following company recipes and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain consistency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in production areas to comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMPs).
- Load and unload raw materials and packaged goods, ensuring proper storage and inventory tracking.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and resolve operational issues.
- Accurately document production processes, ingredient usage, and other relevant data.
- Participate in routine cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and facilities.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines is preferred but not required (training provided).
