Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the operations team, consisting of approximately 8 dispatchers and planners.
- Manage the fleet maintenance department to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards across all operations.
- Collaborate with leadership from other departments to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to attract and select van operators, ensuring the development of a strong and effective team.
- Contribute to technical and financial initiatives that support the overall efficiency and profitability of the organization.
- Direct budget planning and management to ensure financial health and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
