What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Legacy Vacation Club LLC?
Behind Every Epic Stay? A Maintenance Manager Like You.
You Know What Makes a Five-Star Stay? A Rockstar Maintenance Manager Behind the Scenes.
Ever been on a trip so unforgettable you thought, “Maybe I’ll just never leave”? We create those kinds of experiences every day—and now we’re inviting you to help make the magic happen.
At andCo Hospitality, we turn vacation dreams into real-life memories across Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From chill beach vibes to alpine adventures, our properties deliver epic stays—and behind every unforgettable guest moment is a team like no other. That’s where you come in.
We’re on the hunt for a Maintenance Mastermind to join our Florida-based corporate crew. You’ll be the one keeping our properties humming, sparkling, and ready for whatever the day—or the weather—throws our way.
Here’s What You’ll Be Up To:
- Taking charge of all things maintenance—leading the daily operations and keeping our spaces running like a dream.
- Mapping out weekly schedules and lining up special projects to keep our properties shining.
- Making sure we’re ahead of the game with proactive maintenance and sharp response times—because no one likes surprises (unless it's a cocktail on the house).
- Rolling out maintenance on everything from HVAC and chiller systems to pool pumps and plumbing with an expert touch and no guest disruption.
- Keeping a close eye on tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring we’re stocked and ready for anything (yes, even that unexpected flood).
- Leading your crew with energy and know-how—training, equipping, and motivating them to rock their roles safely and effectively.
- Coordinating like a pro with other department leads to make sure repairs, upgrades, and maintenance flow smoothly.
- Owning safety, compliance, and emergency readiness—you’ll know where every extinguisher lives and what to do when things get real.
- Handling paperwork like a champ: purchase orders, inspections, budget reports, evaluations—you name it.
- Serving as the MOD (Manager on Duty) when needed—because you're the kind of leader who shows up and steps up.
You’re Great Because:
- You’ve got 3–7 years of hands-on experience in the field, and at least one year managing a team—you know the ropes and how to inspire others to climb them.
- You know your way around HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry—this isn’t your first toolbelt.
- You're EPA 608 certified, CPO credentialed, and HVAC-savvy. Basically, you’ve got the badges to back up your brilliance.
- Microsoft Office doesn’t scare you (and neither does learning new tech).
- You lead with integrity, own your decisions, and know how to keep your cool even when things heat up.
- Your communication—spoken and written—is on point, and you know how to work with all kinds of people and personalities.
- You're a pro at managing projects, juggling priorities, and making the most out of people and tools.
- Inclusion isn’t just a buzzword to you—it’s a mindset.
- You’ve got a flexible schedule and an even more flexible attitude.
