The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will drive procurement strategies that align with revenue maximization, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. This role will establish robust purchasing policies, optimize supplier partnerships, and enhance inventory management while supporting the Legacy’s financial objectives and sustainability mission. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, this position will work cross-functionally with Operations, Guest Experience, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supply Chain Strategy
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and align with revenue and operational goals.
- Streamline RFP and bidding processes to ensure competitive pricing and favorable supplier terms.
- Research market trends and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and the guest experience.
Inventory & Cost Management
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast supply needs based on occupancy trends and minimize waste.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify cost-to-revenue opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Maintain accurate inventory systems using platforms like Sage Intacct and other procurement tools.
Vendor & Supplier Relationships
- Cultivate strong, reliable vendor partnerships to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and favorable terms.
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues to enhance operational flow.
- Align supplier relations with B Corp values, prioritizing sustainable and community-driven partnerships.
Operational Collaboration
- Partner with Operations to meet day-to-day needs and ensure seamless supply chain processes.
- Support Guest Experience teams by sourcing high-quality products that align with budget and elevate the guest journey.
- Collaborate with Finance for accurate budget tracking, reporting, and strategic cost analysis.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Use analytics tools to measure purchasing performance, supplier KPIs, and revenue impact.
- Continuously refine purchasing strategies and operational workflows for greater efficiency.
