- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, properties, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks proficiently, utilizing an assortment of hand and power tools, electric meters, and materials handling equipment.

Safety and Regulations:
- Achieve compliance with OSHA Safety and Health regulations, Maintenance Standards Manuals, Common Areas Manuals, In-Suite Standards, and federal/state/local codes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, adhering to established protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Highest level of High School education or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum one year of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and/or HVAC.
- Proven ability to operate essential equipment, including power towels and hand tools.
