The role of a Maintenance Technician at Legacy Vacation Resorts is pivotal in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and guest suites remain operational. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on various equipment throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer immediate repairs to address equipment issues, guaranteeing seamless guest experiences.
• Conduct repairs on walls, tiles, and carpeting, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Identify problems, repair or replace components, conduct testing, and make necessary adjustments to prevent future occurrences.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, properties, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks proficiently, utilizing an assortment of hand and power tools, electric meters, and materials handling equipment.
• Report any faulty operations, defective materials, or unusual situations to the appropriate supervisor promptly.

Safety and Regulations:

• Achieve compliance with OSHA Safety and Health regulations, Maintenance Standards Manuals, Common Areas Manuals, In-Suite Standards, and federal/state/local codes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, adhering to established protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Highest level of High School education or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum one year of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and/or HVAC.
• Proven ability to operate essential equipment, including power towels and hand tools.
