The IT Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline from start to finish. This role involves coordinating internal teams, scheduling, and managing vendors to deliver successful project outcomes.
Job Duties:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, schedule vendors on multiple IT projects for our portfolio of 20 restaurants, 11 hotels, and corporate office
- Track and communicate on key project metrics and progress while ensuring projects adhere to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations and inspections
- Serve as the administrator of the corporate networks, servers, security measures, email exchange, cloud resources, software management, phone system, and end-user devices.
- Develop, document, implement, and communicate IT policies, procedures, and risk assessment audits at both the corporate and property levels
- Conduct research and recommend technical solutions, software, and applications to improve the company’s operational efficiency at both the corporate & property levels
