DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time senior care position typically works either Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday with some on-call hours.
As our Assisted Living Administrator in senior care, you have a hand in all areas of our resident services. Your impeccable management skills enable you to oversee the hiring, training, general supervision, and scheduling of our direct care staff. You assist with implementing policies and procedures and support the growth goals of the community.
All of your efforts are focused on ensuring resident and family satisfaction. Because this is your goal, you routinely review resident service plans for accuracy, connect personally with residents and their families in care plan meetings, provide timely responses to questions or concerns, and participate in resident assessments. You also work closely with the wellness director to ensure resident services are personalized and meet their needs.
