Job Summary
The Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, focusing on their specific needs and preferences.
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers and support staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being, dignity, and independence.
- Coordinate medication administration and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to address residents' health and social needs effectively.
- Monitor facility operations to ensure safety standards are met and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staffing, and facility operations.
Skills
