WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
This position is Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with some flexibility.
The starting pay for this position is $52,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
The ideal candidate would have sales experience, preferably in the senior living industry, and bring a positive, upbeat energy to the position. As a Senior Living Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in touring prospective residents and their families, taking reservations and closing sales, collaborating with the director of sales and marketing to coordinate marketing events, and building referral relationships in the local market. This role requires utilizing the database to follow up with prospects, leveraging sales tools to create a robust lead pipeline, conducting tours effectively, and confidently asking for the close.
