ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
This full-time cleaning role follows a Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, with some weekends and evenings as needed. As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring that resident apartments and community spaces are clean, comfortable, and meet Western States Senior & Retirement service standards. You will assign tasks based on priority, manage housekeeping supplies to prevent waste and accidents, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained. Your role will also involve responding to resident requests with a friendly and professional attitude, always respecting their personal rights and maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, you will uphold infection control procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both residents and staff.

- Housekeeping experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage a schedule
- Willingness to work with the elderly
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
- Strong attention to detail
Managerial experience is heavily preferred.
