$20 - $22 per hour DOE
What You'll Do:
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience top-notch comfort and cleanliness. Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, you’ll help manage the housekeeping team, oversee the maintenance of guest rooms and public spaces, and ensure the smooth running of the department. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: You’ll be the go-to person for resolving any guest concerns, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
- Team Leadership: Assist in guiding and motivating our housekeeping team, ensuring they meet brand and company standards.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect and evaluate the condition of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Keep track of inventory, ordering supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Training & Development: Help train and develop all housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure they’re equipped to meet high standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee housekeeping procedures and enforce efficient inventory control for uniforms, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Safety & Compliance: Participate in the hotel’s safety committee and ensure adherence to all fire, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Energy Conservation: Assist in managing the hotel’s energy conservation program and sustainability efforts.
- Staff Engagement: Keep a pulse on team morale and provide leadership that fosters a positive, productive work environment.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Sanitation & Safety Knowledge: A solid understanding of sanitation requirements and chemical applications.
- Supervisory Expertise: Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring operational success.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and troubleshoot problems.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and inspect rooms across all floors of the hotel.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other departments and maintain positive working relationships with guests, vendors, and contractors.

Essential Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, as needed.
- Ability to work well in both independent and team settings.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant is required.
