WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR?
As our Maintenance Director, you are at the helm of maintaining and enhancing the operational integrity of our facility. You oversee both the maintenance and housekeeping teams, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standard. Each day, you focus on keeping the building and property of our skilled nursing and assisted living facility in top-notch condition, addressing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You balance hands-on responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and expertise make you an essential part of our community.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, with on-call availability as needed.
