About the Role:
As a Sales & Client Representative, you will be the key face of our company, working directly with customers to build rapport, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to manage your own sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, will play a crucial role in the success of our client brands and your career.
This is a full-time, in-person sales position that provides ample opportunities for growth, competitive commissions, and an uncapped earning potential based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Represent a variety of leading client brands in a professional, personable, and engaging manner to customers in a face-to-face sales environment.
- Sales Development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow client relationships by providing top-tier customer service and personalized solutions that align with client goals.
- Self-Management: Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline, ensuring effective follow-up and closing of sales opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, with detailed reporting on progress.
- Brand Ambassador: Stay up-to-date on all product offerings and client updates to effectively communicate the brand message and benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience in a face-to-face or client-facing role. Experience in retail, field sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Strong ability to manage your time and sales activities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with customers, effectively presenting solutions that meet their needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
