What you’ll do:
- Drive performance of our promotions program (email, text, onsite)
- Determine the strategy for campaigns and triggered flows
- Write copy for subject lines, preview text, email body, sms, onsite banner copy, etc
- Create creative briefs, collaborate with designers, QA and sign off on email/texts
- Set segmentation strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator schedule campaigns
- Optimize landing pages for emails/text traffic
- Continually improve our email templates
- Continually improve our sign up strategy and lead capture rates
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
- Maintain accurate, timely reports
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date on industry trends and email/sms marketing best practices
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field
- Demonstrated experience using at least one mainstream ESP
- Have solid understanding of KPIs and their implications
- Ability to translate high-level objectives into actions including organizing information, managing projects, and working with others on a close-knit team
- A well rounded communicator, collaborator and presenter who loves to share findings and actionable insights
- Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences
- A “no task is too small” attitude and a positive, spirited outlook
- Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify
- Full-time
