About the Role
The Project Manager will be able to perform needs assessment, develop project plans, and manage initiatives to successful completion. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless project execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our organizational goals. They will play a key part in ensuring our initiatives are a success with their collaborative spirit. They will identify opportunities for process improvement and create insightful reports that aid in strategic decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables that align with operational goals.
- Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor project performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Process Optimization : Analyze existing operational processes to help identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for improvement.
- Budget Management : Create and oversee project budgets, ensuring all projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough needs assessments to pinpoint gaps and challenges in operational processes, developing actionable plans based on findings.
- Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data related to project performance and workflow efficiency to inform decision-making.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with multiple departments (Finance, IT, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment of projects with organizational-wide initiatives.
- Change Management : Develop and help execute training and communication plans to support adoption of systems and process changes.

Work Environment :
This position operates in a professional law office environment and occasionally may require the carrying of regular office supplies. This role requires the use of standard office equipment and software and remote videoconferencing platforms. Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
