Who is Legal Couriers Yakima?
Legal Couriers has a long history of process serving and a reputation for being accurate, trusted and on time. We have three primary services we offer: process serving, legal messaging and tenant/employee screenings.
What are the desired qualifications?
We are seeking a detail oriented, multitasker with good verbal and written communication skills who will uphold our key values of being trusted, accurate and on-time. The ideal candidate will have experience as a receptionist, embody professionalism with grace, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay on task while answering phones and receiving customers in person. They will be bilingual (English and Spanish) and preferably have experience in the law field.

- Must be 18 years old
- Proficient computer skills (Email, Online Platforms)
- Exhibit confidentiality
- Must not have a criminal record.
- Must desire to uphold Legal Couriers’ values.
- Bilingual is strongly preferred.
What is the position?
This is a 15-20 hour per week administrative assistant position. There will be a combination of research and data entry as the primary tasks. Confidentiality is a must. Vacation time is accrued. Pay is dependent on experience.
