Legal.io is working with a leading tech company to bring on a Legal Assistant for a 6 month contract. The Legal / Project Assistant will play a key role in supporting the litigation and regulatory teams with operational support. This position is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 3 days / week at their downtown San Francisco office.
Scope of Work
Title : Legal Assistant (Secondment)
Experience : 3 Years
Location : Hybrid (San Francisco, CA, USA)
Hours : 40 Hours / Week
Duration : 6 Months (From 2 / 24 / 2025 until 8 / 30 / 2025)
Pay Rate : $45 - $55 / hr ($90,000 - $110,000 annualized)

Key Responsibilities
Intake Coordination
- Manage incoming inquiries and documentation from various channels, including email, physical mail, and CT Corporation.
- Review legal documents and ensure proper triaging and timely routing to stakeholders.
