Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney - NO BILLABLES
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
High end boutique firm is seeks an experienced litigator to join their team in Palm Beach Gardens. This attorney will work primarily with a named Partner on Probate, Trust and the occasional Commercial litigation matter.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5-10 years litigation experience, stable work history and a high level of work integrity. Probate and Trust experience is preferred, but not required
- Market compensation and bonus
- Employee paid Medical and Dental
- $50,000 life insurance policy.
- 401k profit sharing plan.
- No billable hour requirement
Requirements and Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in Florida
- Litigating experience 5-10 years.
Probate and Trust litigation preferred but not required. Commercial litigation candidates will also be viewed with precedence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing to be IN THE OFFICE daily!
- Must have a passion for trust and estate litigation or be willing to learn
