Prestigious National Law firm is in need of a Legal Administrative Assistant to join them in a temporary capacity for several weeks, possibly longer.
They require someone who is an active Florida Notary Public
The ideal canddiate has:
- ...previous law firm experience is a plus
- ...the ability to handle calandering and scheduling
- ...excellent computer and organizational skills
- ...solid attention to detail
- ...good administrative skills such as typing, handling phone calls, making appointments, and notarizing documents as needed...providing general admin support to the team.
- Again, must be an active Florida Notary Public.
This is a temporary position and starts right away, as soon as possible. Probably around four weeks, possibly longer.
