Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney
Award winning law firm seeks a highly motivated Attorney to defend cases for one of the Largest Hospital Corporations in America. This role works as part of the Medical Malpractice defense team with an emphasis on claims such as wrongful death, overdose, behavioral health, suicides, sexual assault, baker act, and physical assault cases.

Ideal candidates will have 3 or more years experience litigating medical malpractice cases with an emphasis on wrongful death, overdose, behavioral health, suicides, sexual assault, baker act, and physical assault cases.
Qualifications
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Must be willing to be in the office daily
- 3 years of defense medical malpractice experience
- First chair trial experience preferred but not required
- General litigation experience required including motion practice, fact and expert witness deposition, and general discovery practice is required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bilingual a plus
