Large, regional Florida law firm has an immediate opening for their office in West Palm Beach, Fl
They are looking for a paralegal with extensive commercial litigation experience to join them in a permanent capacity.
This position assists a very busy group of attorneys and paralegals who have a high end practice with complex cases.
Qualified applicants will have 5 years commercial / business litigation experience
REQUIREMENTS
- State and Federal court experience
- Arbitration process
- Administrative proceedings
- Document management
- Discovery management
- Drafting pleadings

- Trial / hearing support and attendance
