Job Description: Staff Attorney – Social Security Disability Lawyer

Location: Miami, FL, 33134

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Attorney – Social Security Disability Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Security Disability law and be able to handle a high volume of cases.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability hearings and appeals
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and government agencies
• Manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Security Disability law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
