Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., a local non-profit law firm, is proud to announce the Kaufman Rossin Fellowship available to accounting majors.
The Kaufman Rossin Group, one of the top 100 firms in the U.S., provides professional services to businesses and their leaders, from inception to succession. As part of its rich tradition of social responsibility, the Kaufman Rossin Group established this fellowship to provide future accountants the opportunity to work in the field of public accounting while also supporting the local community.
The Fellow will work in the Legal Services finance department assisting with the duties described below. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious accounting student who is interested in mentoring opportunities, gaining public accounting experience, and social justice.
The Fellow ’s duties will include:
- Assist with Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Preparing deposits
- Assisting with annual audit
- Reconciling various G /L accounts
- Preparing various management reports
- Completing special projects
Pay: $18/ hour DOE
Hours: 25/ week
Location: 4343 W Flagler Street, Suite 100, Miami FL 33134
Starting: Immediately
Accounting majors preferred
