Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product and Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our pioneering Legal Soft Platform—the cornerstone of our mission to redefine legal technology. This role will focus primarily on overseeing this first-of-its-kind platform, ensuring its successful launch and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with expertise in managing innovative software products, driving implementation, and fostering user adoption within the legal industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape a revolutionary tool from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end management of the Legal Soft Platform, from development and launch to continuous improvement, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the legal industry.
• Project Management: Create and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to drive the platform’s development and implementation, coordinating internal teams for seamless delivery.
• KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the platform’s success, track project milestones, and measure user engagement.
• Platform Implementation: Lead the rollout of the Legal Soft Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth launch and integration into legal workflows.
• User Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to maximize adoption of the platform, including training programs, support systems, and feedback mechanisms tailored to legal professionals.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align platform features with company vision and user requirements.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and address challenges during platform development and deployment, adapting plans to ensure success.
• Reporting: Deliver regular updates to leadership on platform progress, KPI performance, and adoption metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager and/or Project Manager in a software or technology-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage innovative software platforms, with a track record of successful implementation and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Experience leading the deployment of user-facing software, ideally in the legal or professional services industry.
• Strong skills in driving user adoption and managing change within complex environments.
• Expertise in creating and managing comprehensive project plans, with a focus on execution and accountability.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to unite diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and data analysis platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
