We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Benefit Specialist / 401(k) Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is integral in administering employee benefits programs, with a strong focus on 401(k) plan coordination. The successful candidate will ensure seamless management of benefits and retirement programs while providing exceptional support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Benefit Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollments, changes, and troubleshooting inquiries.
- Maintain and update benefits records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with insurance providers and brokers to resolve claims and coverage issues.
- Coordinate and oversee annual open enrollment, including communication materials and presentations.
