Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to sales teams

· Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to meet evolving needs

· Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support

· Conduct thorough needs assessments and address objections effectively

· Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales techniques and strategies

· Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure sales excellence

Qualifications:

· We're looking for trailblazers with a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity (4 years preferred)

· Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
