Legend Biotech is seeking Manager, Corporate Finance as part of the Finance team based in Somerset, NJ.

Role Overview

Strategic Corporate finance is an area that helps make holistic, strategic operational finance decisions with Legend’s executive team. This role will work closely with the FP&A financial teams supporting the business units to consolidate financials at operating entity and consolidation level for the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance & Strategy. This will also include supporting financial due diligence for potential business development transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating and preparing actual, latest estimate, forecast and business plan financial projections for balance sheet, working capital and income statement at operating entity and consolidation level. Accountable for creating the process for consolidation and standardize reports and KPI metrics.
• Work with Treasury and Investor Relations to develop and routinely update cash forecasting projections and support financial modelling
• Responsible for preparing the Audit Committee and Board quarterly actual financial performance presentations, work with External Reporting, Accounting and FP&A to consolidate information. Create a standard process, leverage One Stream to help automate the process and preparation of slides.
• Support Associate Director of Corporate Finance with quality assurance on key deliverables
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably advanced degree in finance or accounting
• A minimum 5-7year relevant work experience in operational finance.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint Knowledge of financial modeling techniques such as cash runway is desirable
• Experience in SAP, Hyperion, One Stream, Think Cell and Power BI is desirable
• Ability to analyze complex information from multiple sources and provide succinct summaries and recommendations.
• Good team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Exceptional project management skills can be relied on to get the job done accurately and on time.
• Able to perform in a high-pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.
