1. **Greeting Visitors:**
- Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Notify the appropriate person of their arrival.
- Manage visitor logs and badges as necessary.
2. **Handling Phone Calls:**
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
- Take messages when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a professional and polite phone manner at all times.
3. **Administrative Support:**
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, and faxing.
4. **Managing the Reception Area:**
- Keep the front desk and waiting area neat and organized.
- Ensure the area is stocked with informational materials, brochures, etc.
