SUMMARY
The Marketing Creative Designer is responsible for leading the design and advertising message for the Company, brands, and products. Create product and brand content including product photography and video, when required, with members of the marketing team. Areas of influence include product and packaging communications, multi-media platforms, inlcuding video content, product photography, social media, web based digital content, and ad hoc content requests. The ideal candidate is a proactive, creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing.
IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
- Design Support : Assist the marketing team with designing visual assets, such as graphics, email templates, website banners, digital ads, and social media to support campaigns and product promotions.
- Content Creation : Help create visually appealing print materials, including flyers, brochures, product catalogs, and promotional banners, that communicate our brand message effectively to customers.
- Photo Editing : Assist with photo editing for product images, promotional content, and social media posts to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Marketing Collateral : Design and update product communications, and other marketing collateral to support the sales team and customer outreach.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the senior marketing team to understand creative needs and provide support for ongoing marketing projects and campaigns.
- Creative Brainstorming : Contribute fresh and creative ideas for marketing materials and promotions, working within the design team to bring concepts to life.
- Learning and Development : Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve your skills and knowledge in marketing design.
- Track material usage and manage inventory replenishment for customers and sales requests. Work with print and supplier vendors for fulfillment.
- Manage logistics and distribution of promotional merchandise.
- Any additional duties assigned by management
