Description
The Slot Technician will be responsible for maintaining the slot floor daily.
Job Requirements:
- Clean and maintain various brands of slot machines.
- Repair and maintain our player tracking system.
- Help Supervisors with customer disputes.
- Move slot machines.
- Convert various brands of slot machines.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or GED.
- A working knowledge of AC/DC theory a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from team members and guests.
- Must have previous experience in handling cash.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
