THE ROLE
The Account Executive, Sales role will assist the LGM team in client acquisition and management, sales strategy and development, product presentation and sales proposals.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively selling merchandise products to clients, including potential corporate partners, by building relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting customized merchandise solutions, often focused on professional and collegiate sports teams and corporate sponsors with a focus on maximizing sales revenue and targets.
- Client Acquisition and Management: Identifying and prospecting new clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers, and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Development: Analyzing market trends, identifying potential sales opportunities, and creating tailored sales strategies for each client.
- Product Presentation: Presenting the full range of merchandise products, including apparel, accessories, and customized items, highlighting their unique features and benefits to clients.
- Negotiating and Closing sales proposals

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 years sales experience including new business development
- Proven experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Highly motivated self starter, with strategic thinking and personal leadership skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
