Legends at The Rock at La Cantera is seeking to fill seasonal Host / Hostess positions in the Roca and Martilla Restaurant.
The RoleThe Host / Hostess provides prompt and efficient customer service, greets customers, manages reservations. Partnered with the NBA San Antonio Spurs, The Rock at La Cantera is a 50-acre development which includes the Victory Capital Performance Center, Frost Plaza outdoor event space, and the Tuscan inspired Roca and Martillo Restaurant.Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Seating guests, providing menus, and assisting with drink orders.
- Completing opening and closing functions for the host / hostess desk.
- Cleaning and organizing entrance and main lobby.
- Providing guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered.
