ob Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to manage and support human resources operations across multiple states. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management, ensuring consistency across all locations while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
As an HR Generalist overseeing multistate operations, you'll work closely with leadership teams, employees, and external partners to ensure a positive work environment, foster employee engagement, and promote best practices in HR across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage recruitment efforts for multiple locations, ensuring timely hiring and smooth onboarding processes in compliance with local regulations. Assist with job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination of new hire paperwork.
- Employee Relations:
Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and fair manner. Promote positive employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Compliance & Policy Administration:
Stay updated on federal, state, and local labor laws, ensuring that HR practices comply with all relevant regulations. Administer and enforce company policies, making sure all employees are informed and aligned with company values and standards.
- Benefits Administration:
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs across all states, ensuring that employees have access to the benefits they need. Provide support for open enrollment, benefits inquiries, and ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations.
- Training & Development:
Assist with the development and delivery of employee training programs, including compliance, leadership development, and skill-building initiatives, ensuring consistency and relevance across all locations.
- Performance Management:
Support the performance review process, working with managers to set clear performance expectations, conduct regular check-ins, and provide feedback to employees. Assist with disciplinary actions when necessary, following company protocols.
- HR Reporting & Analytics:
Compile and analyze HR data for reporting purposes, tracking trends related to recruitment, turnover, employee satisfaction, and other key HR metrics. Provide insights to leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other HR team members, leadership, and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. Act as a liaison between HR and other teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
- Special Projects and Initiatives:
Take on additional HR-related projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and organizational goals. This may include participating in company-wide HR initiatives, employee engagement efforts, or other tasks that support the evolving needs of the business.
