What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage daily operations, including guest satisfaction, team schedules, and conflict resolution.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure professional growth.
- Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to support efficient operations.
