What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Specialist position at Legends Title?
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Professional communication and collaboration with customers/realtors/lenders/legal professionals, and co-workers,
- Facilitate closings,
- Document preparation for Closings,
- Data Entry,
- Examining/researching of documents and records,
- Process necessary documents and filings, post-closing,
- Marketing on Social Media, and
- Assist in basic office needs; answering telephones, filing documents, responding to emails, scanning documents, etc.
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Basic computer skills, attention to detail with strong accuracy, ability to work as part of a team, good communication, telephone etiquette, ability to multi-task and use good time management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required. Associates Degree in Business related field, or alike is preferred,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday,
- No weekends,
- 40 Hours per Week.
